Healthcare - Specsavers
Opticians have been able to remain open during the pandemic as they are classed as essential healthcare. People can travel for eye tests, but if they are unable to leave home unaccompanied for an eye test, they can request a home visit.
Opticians have put numerous safety measures in place, including restrictions on the number of customers allowed in the store at any one time, social distancing, and cashless payments where possible. Staff are also using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and screen have been added to the store and everything is thoroughly sanitised between customers.
