Rugby Training Part 2
As we've seen previously Rugby training, like all team sports was stopped in the first National Lockdown. Players had to come up with their own way of staying fit and prepared for the restart in the season, whenever that would be. Dougie was lucky enough to live in a rural area and could run at his leisure, however in order to maintain strength he came up with an ingenious plan. He converted an old trampoline frame into a home / garden gym whre he could do a series of strength exercises.
